I just want to clarify here, your school is asking you to exactly duplicate an existing design? This is odd to me, I never would have been allowed to copy an existing design in my engineering program, and to be frank, it kind of comes across as a data harvesting attempt.

This was my thoughts as well - and the lack of H120's being available makes this engineering document that much more valuable to make their own. The School project while might be valid, also seems odd considering normally it would be an original design that is requested, not an identical copy of an existing item. This doesn't pass my sniff test, but that's not to say that my sniffer is working correctly.
