I have a 2016 JD 1025R with the 60D drive-over auto connect deck. I am looking at a used 14BU MCS bagger with a 60" Powerflow unit off a 2014 1025R with a 60" deck, but I cannot seem to figure out if this is the right powerflow unit or not. The problem is that it appears that there were two different versions of the 60D deck?? I have searched and searched here and all over the internet, called the JD dealer, etc. and I am no closer to an answer.

It appears that this powerflow unit is possibly for an "older" 60D deck for a 1025R?? It has a serial number that starts with 1GX700PF and looks like the rear mounting bracket will not fit my deck. I searched on this forum and found a thread that it appears that this <older?> style powerflow would mount the rear arm to a bracket added to rear where the rear bogie wheel is located. But there is no way it would work in that same location without cutting my deck or drilling holes which I know should not be the case. I have attached a picture of the used powerflow next to my deck and you can see it doesn't appear to be even close.

Is anyone familiar with this mounting? Does anyone have any pictures of the most recent design powerflow on a 60D deck? Any help would be most appreciated. Here is the thread I found that looks like there are two different 60D decks:

Per JDParts there are (at least) 5 different 60D decks.

But when you limit it to the 1025R there is the 60D and the 60HC. The MCS systems use different blower heads for those 2 decks.

How do you know if you have a 60D or 60HC deck? Is there an easy way to identify? the sticker on it only says "60D Auto Connect"

But it looks like it doesn't matter. The Powerflow part number for the 60HC and 60D deck is the same - BM24514.

I have a hole in the back side of that gauge (bogie) wheel mount on my 2016 60D. Looks like that little gold bracket would bolt right on. If you slip a piece of pipe over that rear support rod on the power flow unit and bend it a few degrees back, it may pass under the wheel mount and hit the gold bracket. Then just connect the "S" rod to the baffle you need under the deck.
I think the original owner may have bent that rod to line it up with the hole in the discharge chute. :flag_of_truce:

Maybe someone can take a snapshot of the rear support rod so you can see the correct angle.
