I have a 3pt blade that would not hook up without modifying the upper hook to adjust up or down. The hook is now out far enough I can use removable pins without the implement touching the hook slot. I welded material to the back and used my drill press to match the existing hole separation. Now I can snatch several implements easily, just remember the hook height for each 3pt.
