I purchased the TL5500 high/low beam LED headlights from Tiger lights for my JD5500 but when I connect them, only the low beam setting works. I tried reconnecting them a few times in case the connection was bad but no change. I unplugged them and put the old ones back in and the high beam works fine. Any suggestions?

Is it the type of plug where it can still go in rotated 180 degrees?

Apply 12 volts to the connector of the lights to confirm the LED high beam actually works.
Some lights require both the hi & lo beams to be powered for hi beams.
Thanks. I applied the 12V directly to the 3pin plug for the new lights and I can see that both the high and low are working when I switch the power from one pin to the other. We are now narrowed down to diagnosing the issue with the adapter from the 9004 3 pin bulb plug on the tractor to the 3pin plug of the new LED bulbs.

Did you verify that you are losing your 12 volts through the connector? With a meter? There may be a pin that pushed out. on that connector.
