This is a question for all that own a 2 range machine,,,

Should I use high range,,, or, low range,,,, Hmmmmmm,,, :dunno:


I know this is not a tractor,,, this is the cooking forum!! :lolol:

The bread tastes the same whether my wife uses high range or low range,,,

The machine is straight gear drive,,, no Power Reverser,, or EHydro pedal,,, :eat:

I have seen smaller transmissions in lawn tractors :flag_of_truce:

I vote LOW RANGE, probably easier on the mixer too.

My KitchenAid mixer says to use speed 2, not 1, not 3-10, only speed 2 for dough.

Let me check

I think the best test is how the bread turns out. If you will do a loaf each way and send them to me, I'll let you know if I can tell the difference! Repeat as necessary :good2:
