Massive stump removal featuring 1025R 260B and a couple of friendly neighbors. We bought this tractor a couple months ago as we have a lot of projects over the upcoming year. One of those was removing this huge stump and root ball. The 260B, and lots of time, was able to slowly dig around and pop roots around the stump and a couple of efforts from my half ton, followed by a neighbors 3/4 ton, followed by another neighbors dual axle dump to drag it out of its hole. Once out of its hole, the 1025R can easily shuffle it around the property. Moral of the story, take it slow and steady and eventually you'll succeed. Also who wants two free couple ton root balls?

very nice project....time and patience can produce reward...I found that if I do a couple of blocks in my heavy winch, it will ease them out....I use a sawsaw with a long blade for those roots...works great...run it off my generator...where there's a will there's a way...just take time and patience....
