Hydrulic cooler for 3010 backhoe

Hi,

I have a 3010 backhoe s/n 15T39118 that has a bad oil cooler. Need to get a replacement for it but it not the same a Ag model. on the bottom tank it has two outlets, one off the side to the top of the pump and a larger one straight down to the side of the pump. Ag only has the side outlet. I had bought a 4010 cooler and after looking at it I thought that I could cut off the bottom and swap them but then I saw that the 4010 was taller. I have not been able to find a replacement yet. seems that everyone I talk to hasn't heard of this machine. any help would be great.

Welcome to DT!

I tried to look in JDParts for you, but struck out also so I sent a message to three of the JD Techs we have on the forum.

Hopefuly one can help shortly.

update on the backhoe

Hi,
update on the backhoe. I talked to a dealer and he couldn't find anything like I described. He thought that maybe the cooler came as a part of the backhoe or the loader which is a 50 and a 720. I found those parts manuals online but they do not show the cooler.

The cooler on a 300B TLB looks like what you have described. Try part # AT169229.

update 2

I contacted several places that say they can get any construction equipment part or can find it but when I tell them that it is a 3010 they tell me it is only a Ag machine and can't help me. so much for their claims. I will try to attach photos of the cooler alongside a 4010 Ag cooler. the 3010 cooler is 25.5 inches tall.
