I agree.. Image is everything. Might be a great running tractor but first impression might turn a lot of ppl away. You can easily re-coup the costs if not make a little extra by cleaning it up a little.
I would not buy any tractor without the shields (hood, grill, cowl, covers, etc.) missing. They can be bent, broken or cracked but not missing. Those missing parts make the tractor looks like it's been abused.
If everything works as it should including the instrument panel and hour meter it might bring 6 grand as it sits. If it's under 2000 hours and cleaned up with all the panels it's a 10-12 grand machine.
