I have a 690e lc John Deere and it stalls when you dig with it and go toward or any fast movement if you take it slow everything is ok it seems like a lack of fuel.

Does Your mode switch I, L, E, or P work? The engine speed control actuator controls the fuel injection pump lever.
There is a magnetic pickup located in the flywheel housing that senses actual engine speed.

The system controller controls engine speed and hydraulic pump output. If it's failed there is a manual override valve provided on the dual solenoid block to eliminate system controller operation. This will operate the engine at fast idle speed and hydraulic pump at 60-70% output.
