I went off the deep end today,, I bought the 260 hoe and power beyond for my 1025,, now must wait till it comes in,, how hard is it to install the power beyond kit?? I hope I did the right thing by getting the 260,,, I see a lot of uses for it in the future

I just did something similar. I traded up the 1023E for a 1025R FILB because I could see so many more uses in the near and far-off future. Sorry I can't help with the install (since I went for a factory installed package deal), but I'm pretty sure there are other posts here that can help with both the power beyond and subframe installation.

The power beyond kit is not hard to install if that is all you had to do.
The hard part is all of the parts that need to be removed to get to area where the power beyond kit is installed.
Then reinstalling all of those parts that had to be removed.
