JD working on new coupler solution for defective leaky coupler.

Just wanted to pass along this info as FYI. I recently had my 2305 at the dealer to fix a bent linkage and leaky coupler. The dealer fixed the linkage but wasn't able to fix the coupler. They said they replaced the leaky couplers with new ones, which also leaked. The dealer contacted JD and was told that JD is already aware of the faulty couplers and is working on a solution. JD provided a solution 860865. The dealer left the leaky new couplers on and told me that when JD completes the solution they will call me and I can bring it back and have them replaced with correct couplings at no cost. I figured if any of you have leaky couplers you may want to be aware the replacement parts have been faulty as well and new ones are in the works.

HI againl, sorry for the delay. Sometimes I get too busy to check in. My 2305 is a 2009. I see in the others profiles that their info shows what they have, I am trying to figure how to add that to mine.
