Anybody have a JD1120 and can tell me or provide pictures of the pull arms attachment at the load shaft? My dad has had this JD110 mannheim made tractor for approx 12 years. It's great runner only problems he had was the front right tire always leaking and the injector pump was reworked due to fuel leaking.

This tractor always made a clunkly sound when using the rotary cutter and I finally figured it out. The right pull arm socket at the tractor side has completely worn out. Now the arms on this tractor are one piece arms and I'm not sure what really suppose to be sandwich between the diff and the pullarms.

I read elsewhere a washer and shim where suppose to be use to soak up any slack but I can't find the part numbers for this. The arms at the implement side are cat2 and we use the bushing but I'm not 100% sure if the arms at the tractor side are suppose to be cat1 or 2 and if a bushing suppose to be use. I'm also trying to track down the correct JD part for the shaft collars and pins.

Anybody who can help would be greatly appreciated. Can anybody help me?

correct pullarm part#s LH and RH sides
collar part number
pins part numbers
and does washer and or shims suppose to be use, and if yes, what part#?

Can anybody help me?

Thanks

Welcome to GTT
Bushing(key 19) spec's are below. Thrust washers (key 12 bottom photo) spec''s are ID 0.850 IN & OD 1.440 IN. HTH's,Jim
Okay thanks that helped a lot. I found cross creek tractor had some of the items. I'm awaiting for my Neighbor who works for JD construction equip side of the house to track some of the items

So one thing I found, the pin is actually a 5/16-2" bolt + cap screw? Does that seems about right ? See my attach I just now got in that match most of what you gave me.

The guy my dad had use to fix this thing place some non-harden pins which is probably 90% of the problems.

Just a update, I found the stuff at the greentractorpart store

I brought 4x thrust washers ( was not sure but wanted a extra )
the right retaining pins ( i have save clips already )
2 of those T222099 bushing

And I think I'm good to go. I will post a picture when all of the items comes in.

Question, since I have no thrust washers now, are they on the "outer side" of the ball/socket in the push rod end? Is my thinking and logic correct?

It is irrelevant on which side of draft arm washer is located but parts schematic has washer on the outside of draft link.

Update

The JD pkg has instructions and state the washer suppose to be on transmission side of the draft arms. Either way the parts came in and I shimmed them up with the 2 enclosed washers.

Everything looks much better, the half-a$$ job that was done in the pass is now corrected. If you need a user tractor parts supplier in TX , I can endorse Wellington Tractors they had more inventory than my local BM tractor. Wellington Tractors are up near Wellington TX.
