Anybody out there familiar with old JI Case grain drills? One of the guys at work got tired of mowing around one and I decided to take it off his hands. Its seen better days, but is more or less complete. Plenty of rust on the lower components but the boxes are sound, even has the fertilizer box. I'm hoping to identify the drill so I can order a manual or at least a parts diagram. Any help is appreciated.

Brings back memories

The working parts of that look very much like an Oliver we once had. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't share components from a third party. Except for the wheel, tire, disc openers and bearings you may not need any parts. The trip lift will need some work or at least lube. It was always interesting to reach back and pull the rope to get the drill out of the ground at just the right spot to not skip or double plant.

With a little TLC, you could get a lot of use out of it.
