I've had this JLG "Sizzor" lift for about 12 years or so, and I've used it in a multitude of projects over the years. For the last 2 years, it has been parked in a corner of my shop, unused. I knew the batteries were on their last legs when I drove it back there and parked it, then disconnected the batteries. Waited until close to when I need it again, before buying (very expensive) batteries, which I did a week or so ago.
Batteries installed, and I went to drive it out of that corner, and she wont move either fwd or reverse, but will raise up, down, and I can steer the wheels left to right. I don't have a schematic wiring diagram for it, but I did find on JLG.ccm website, a service manual for the E series lifts. I don't know if this is the correct manual, but it looks to be close. Except it shows trouble codes that can be read by the JLG hand-held diagnostic tool, which my lift does not support, as I there is no 4 pin molex connector for it. I also do not have any LED lamps on the control station (that also would blink codes).
So I come to you for help, as I know there is wealth of knowledge on this forum that goes way beyond tractors and implements. So, any of you here happen to be a JLG service tech? 😕
Also, anyone here know where the s/n can be found? I've looked everywhere except apparently where it is, and seems JLG goes by s/n for service and parts manuals.
