I have to rebuild my power steering hydraulic pump, it leaks like a waterfall. I was told not many people have had success in rebuilding high pressure pump and there are not many companies that do the rebuilding because of failure rates. I am in need of suggestions and help of any kind.

Welcome to the forums
Are you referring to the high pressure pump between the radiator and fuel tank? This pump supplies operating pressure to power steering, rock-shaft, SCVs and any other high pressure attachments.
If so, they are not that hard to rebuild. If it's operating with the correct stand-by pressure and GPM, a rebuild kit may be all it takes. Other than that, you'll need a special tool to install new outlet valve seats.
