We have a John Deere 4010 compact tractor
Last weekend the battery light turned on and got brighter when the throttle was higher. We have replaced the battery and the alternator. The battery light is still on. We are stumped.
Have you verified the output voltage of the alternator? Check the voltage across the battery terminals at various engine RPMs. I’m assuming you cleaned the battery cable clamps when you installed the new battery.
