John Deere 425 electrical issue won't start using key

I have JD 425 800 hrs using the key it will not turn over the engine I have replaced the starter solenoid brake pedal relay for starting and works with PTO on and off If i jump it by the starter ( positive to solenoid) it spins great and starts( have to leave key in on position) I can shut it off with the key! but will not start using the key I have cleaned and cleaned all the connections 2-3 times Battery is new last year when i jump it -spins fast and 1-2 turns it runs Runs great just cannot use the key to start What is next?? Oh replaced both 15 amp fuses with new ones I also by passed the on and off for the seat
