Odd that your dealer is not familiar with a 5075E. I wonder if they are primarily a lawn and garden dealership. There used to be a bunch of Deere dealerships in this region that were primarily lawn and garden dealerships but those seemed to have largely gone by the wayside with consolidation, unless you are well into a major urban area. Cattle is the major agricultural product in my region and the dealers sell boatloads of 5E tractors for making and feeding hay, they probably have more 5E tractors than any other series.

JD corporate wants/expects you to use your dealer. They do not want you to bypass the dealer by providing tech information (other than selling tech manuals).
If your dealer can't solve a problem they should contact corporate. Or you should try another dealer.
Please make SURE you register a complaint against the dealer, and register every malfunction of the tractor on the John Deere 800 line.

I did that from 2013 to 2015 every time my 5065E hydraulics overheated, transmission got so hot it melted a basketball-sized hole in the fuel tank (too bad it didn't catch fire in those days), hydraulic system hung up or made odd noises.

1st Warranty repair, I paid the trucking and oil filters I asked to be changed. 2nd warranty repair,(internal hitch valve replaced with 2nd generation valve) I paid nothing. 3rd Warranty repair, paid nothing (3rd generation hitch valve, and piston & housing that works the 3 point hitch)

The funny part is, soon after a call to register another complaint with John Deere, the DEALER Service Manager called and politely asked IF they could please pick up my tractor to perform #3, above.

I truly believe repair #3 would not have happened without a documented history on the John Deere complaint line
