This is the 2nd time my 60D mower bracket guide bar has broken when I've backed off of it. The 1st time, my dealer graciously repaired it and sent it back under warranty. I mowed and then went to back off of it, and it broke again! I've just contacted my dealer to let them know they need to repair it, AND TELL ME WHY IT IS BREAKING :/

I'm posting these pictures in an attempt to find out what might be happening. I'm following the on/off instructions in both the manual and in the YouTube videos. For some reason, the guide bar seems to be ripping itself apart when I back off of the mower.

Do you have the FEL on when this is happening? The loader park stand hits the draft arms on the new 2025R.

First time yes, this last time no.
Ok, just trying to cross off possibilities. I haven’t had any trouble with mine as long as the FEL is off. Hopefully the dealer can figure this out, could be a real PITA.
