Looking for advice on replacing the four motor mounts for a John Deere 955 tractor

1. The bolt the centers the mount holding it to the frame and fits into a bolt underneath is there a need for a 90 degree wrench to hold the nut while loosening the bolt?

2. On the rear left side of the engine closest to the driver compartment, do you have to loosen or remove the starter to get to the bolt?

3. There appears to be 2 rivots in each mount, do you need to replace those with new rivots or can you use a nut and bolt with a lock washer?

Lastly any advise, pointers, or short cuts would greatly be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

why are you changing them ?

My 955 and previous one ...the motor shakes quite a bit since day one.

The Ground strap is hooked to one of them..be sure its put back proper or a new set of problems will occur.

Thank you sir, Dad and I were trying to figure out why the fan had started rubbing against the radiator on the top side, then we noticed the front mounts were at an angle. After we unbolted the front left mount, we noticed the metal plate that the mounts attach to and attach to the frame was broken on both sides. We will be ordering the main metal brackets/mounts to replace them and installing the new motor mounts on those. We took photos of the dismantling and will put it back like it was. Thank you for the heads up on the ground.
