Ray, spoken like a lawyer! :mocking::lol: AND, you are right on all points since this is referring to a second owner. However, how long do "safety recalls" for motor vehicles go? This surely would fall into that category. First thing my dealer tried to do was intimate I "wasn't operating the loader correctly". A simple quote of the DTAC # and reminder that I had been running loader equipment since his grandfather was a boy got my repair started immediately.:laugh:
It's a sad day when some people get paid to try and keep your safety issues from costing a multi-billion dollar company money. Maybe they get a % of the savings for a successful stall...
