I purchased an old tractor seat at an Amish auction last year, and finally found a sturdy milk can to use for my stool project. It took quite a bit of prep, but the project turned out very well. Indy is very excited about it.

Good job! I can find a seat easy enough but a Milk Can short enough to put the feet on the ground is a different story. Your Golden looks very content!

That's really cool! I have several of the milk cans, I'll have to look around for a seat pan.

Crap now I have to build one as I have both of those items.

Did you leave the lid loose or secure it?

Attach foot pegs to the side. If you're really short maybe a spirl staircase. Maybe not for you JD. I was remembering some pics I'd seen recently.:mocking:

I've wanted to powder coat a can like that, just haven't found the right one. That looks good, now I'm motivated again.
