When I was doing the build a tractor last March-April, it worked every 2 or 3 days, then wouldnt some days.
It's not you, their site just freaks out constantly.
If it helps, I usually use Mozilla and on the days it would bork out on my, I would switch to Google Chrome and would most of the time have success. Hope that helps for you.
