Hi! I've created a system to move all of my attachments around with these dollys, but the landscape rake I just got doesn't quite fit and I've had to use a 5 gallon bucket as a temporary solution. The problem is is that I've almost crushed my foot as it slid off the bucket a few times. Does anyone know or have a solution to something like this? Your help is very much appreciated!
You'll want to start with some gauge wheels, which you really need anyway. Do a search, I'm pretty sure I've seen threads where members have adapted something to a TSC LR.
Your attachment frame doesn't provide for the simple solution that I employed. I might start with a square tube mounted in front of the vertical upright, perhaps a 2" hitch receiver. I'd follow that with a mating spud tube with a caster plate welded to the bottom. You want something you can install/remove while the LR is still mounted on the 3-point. They're not light and speaking for myself, I'm not getting any younger.
If you want to keep using those dollys, then I'd suggest a couple 2x4s to connect the 2, and then either bolt the bucket to the dolly, or create a cross member in it's place that is connected to the dolly.
This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread. Please consider creating a new thread.
