So I finally got the hitch almost installed. Got the cylinder removed and reinstalled with new fittings and hoses. Now, since this cylinder is basically flipped over, doesn't this mean the control lever will be opposite of what it used to be? Before I would push it up to lower the mower deck and pull down to raise. With the cylinder flipped over, it should be the opposite now, correct??

Depends on how you hooked the hoses up to the cylinder. If you hooked the hoses to the same fittings, then the function would be the same. If you put the hoses on the opposites fittings, then the functions would be opposite.

I hooked it up right. Was confused on the operation of the cylinder. Geezz! Yhis thing was a pain! But finally got it, no leaks! Thanks for your help!
