I am looking to buy a leaf blower and there are too many things to compare amongst all the brands, so I’m looking for others recommendations (sub $500 price range and ideally around $300). I am potentially considering a Stihl BR 200 as my JD shop is also a Stihl dealer. My main use will be using it to clean debris off my tractor, occasionally moving leafs (I’ll likely just mow most of them), or getting some light snow off the ground. My driveway is mostly gravel so getting them off isn’t an issue as I just mow the correct side to displace discarded grass properly.
The main concern with the BR 200 is that it is an entry level backpack blower and my main use case will be running it for a short time, should I consider something battery powered or just a gas handheld?
