I am going to add 2 led lights to the front of my 550 and am trying to figure out the best way to wire them in to a separate switch. I removed the panel from the dash and found 2 separate connecters hidden back there. I have no clue what these are for. One has smaller wires and has 12 volts when the ignition switch is turned on. The other connecter has larger wires but I have not checked the voltage on those. I was hoping that someone might have an idea of what these may be there for. Could one of these be used to power the additional switch for the led lights or do I need to place another fuse and come from the back of the fuse block to power the switch or can I place a jumper from the existing switch to the new switch? I am not an expert on this stuff and any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I'll ask my son how he wired the lights on my 550...

edit: Here Dane from johndeeregatorforum.com tells how to wire...
Thanks jd. I got to thinking about the lights last night after posting and decided to go with the led light bar instead of 2 separate lights. I mounted a 15" 24 led light bar on the brush guard and used a wiring harness that I purchased with the light bar. The wiring harness included a relay, inline 30A fuse, switch and a plug in connection to the light bar. I got my power from the large connector behind the dash and ran the wires along the same route as the main wire harness entering behind the dash. It worked out fine and the new lights will certainly put out some light. I am going to try and get some pictures tomorrow afternoon, my phone does not take good ones at all.
