Looking for rear wheel weights

I recently purchased a 4500 John Deere with a loader. I'm looking for rear wheel weights to fit the 24" wheels. The wheels have 4 square holes on a 13 1/2" bolt circle. Weights don't have to be JD.

Taylor foundry might be an option. They make all kinds of weights.

The TF512 weights in the link that Jimmy listed are the ones that will fit your 4500. They are the same style weights that JD sells.
