LT133 Hood Repair

1128 Views 3 Replies 3 Participants Last post by  Gizmo2
I have a new front bumper "fender" ordered. However the front corner of the hood where the bushing goes and is the pivot point has the "stem" where the screw goes through the bushing is snapped off the hood. I am thinking about drilling a hole through the hood and using a longer bolt to act as a pivot point. Has anyone run into this or have another idea. I can not attach a picture at this time.

Not for a LT133, but I did that type of repair for a vintage LX172.
