M.Y. 2021 4044/4052R CAB seat upgrade

This topic was touched upon in another thread I started, and somewhat covered in another members thread as well, but one of the main components of my dilemma regarding a seat upgrade has yet to be solved. There is a possibility it has been answered in a other thread, but I am not finding it?

-The air ride seat base swap for the factory spring suspension seat was covered in great detail by another member, but in that thread the seat that came with the machine was reused, so doesn't totally solve my problem.

--I would not only like to change the spring suspension seat that came with my 2021 4044R Cab, but also replace the fixed backrest seat that comes with my machine for the somewhat taller adjustable backrest seat that comes on the 4066R and/or the snow cab versions of the 4052R/4066R. Attached is a link to the JD parts catalog for the 4066R seat assembly, unfortunately its just a bunch of different parts that I am sure would probably cost a small fortune ordering separately? Although that might work, I don't consider it a viable solution, especially if it goes north of $1000....

Is anyone aware of a part number that would include the entire seat assembly?

As always, thanks in advance for any insight into this, everyone here has been very helpful since starting my John Deere journey some years ago!

Well, I have to hand it to my Salesman at my local Deere dealership, as he managed to find a complete "4066R seat kit". The only down side is that it's a few dollars under $2000.... So the air ride base assembly is $680ish, and the seat itself is $1300..? Really Deere, $1300 for a seat?? That's a giant chunk "approaching 50%" of the total "snow cab upgrade" that includes AUX hydraulics, lighting, liscense plate holder/w light and amber beacon. Is this a government contract part or something? I know no other way to take a seat assembly that may be worth $300 and more than quadruple the price? Well, I take that back, gold plating it maybe?....

Venting aside, at this point I'm just going to get the seat base and install per the other thread regarding that procedure. I really would like a higher back, adjustable angle seat so I am open to, and would appreciate any ideas/options people have used or seen online/at a dealer.

Now you know why people just go ahead and get a 4066R in the first place. In the long run, by the time you account for all the extra features, the cost differential becomes minimal.
