Thanks for the reminder, Kenny. Sad how we have to be reminded, or think it will not happen to us.

Wow, very unfortunate and sad. It's a reminder to be safe out there and not take things for granted.

Prayers for family and friends of the THP officer.

It is a sad reminder that we all have to be careful when we are working with our tractors. Thoughts and prayers with the family

I think all loaders, not just the commercial ones, should have a lock bar on the lift cylinder. Of course, then we rely on the operator to lock it when working on or under the loader.

The "back" story I read was that when he lifted the load he saw a leak, and while inspecting where the leak was the hose blew allowing the loader to crash down. Yes, very sad we need to be reminded this way.

Very sad

That's a terrible accident and I'm sad for his family. Unfortunately, I've also been guilty of working underneath a loader without a safety prop. All too often the things we have done for years suddenly reach out an bite us.

My prayers are with the family.
