I have a mid 60's 400 loader and the main pump has been clattering for some time. now I have no pressure to the bucket steering or the hoe, takes for ever before it will start to work. the tractor is full of oil. Is it time for a pump rebuild or replacement?

Just got the tractor in and exposed the pump.
there is a number on the front side of the pump (R42663) and one on the body of the housing underneath (970X) my tractor model is T5W3D S/N 072591T. Can some one help with the identification or direct me to someone? Thank You!!!

I just read there is filters on the pump. At least check that first.
