I picked up a set of wheel weights for my 1025r from the dealer and couldn't get them to match up with the valve stems. I called the dealer asking for advice and their parts guy was basically thinking I was an idiot. I took photos to compare and now I see they aren't the same?

Has anyone ran into the rims being misaligned on the inside?

There was another thread about this not too long ago. I believe they got a new rim from the dealer.

That's an easy fix- with Photoshop! It definitely is odd. Maybe the dealer can swap the wheel.

For the heck of it just looked at mine. No I did not take a pic but 1 rim valve stem centered right inbetween the holes for the weights. 1 rim valve stem offset close to 1 of the holes for weight bolt.:unknown:

Looks like a quaility problem that only surfaces when weights are to go on. JD should swap you a correctly built wheel and labor to move the tire to the new wheel, my 2cents. :hi:

I had this same problem on my 2018 1025r. Took pictures into the dealer and after showing them they ordered a new rim. When the rim came in they changed it over at no cost. I just took the old rim and tire into the dealership rather than the whole tractor.

Just my opinion, but Id hope everyone who had a "wrong" wheel would bring it to the dealers attention, regardless of the use of wheel weights or not.
If the tractor is ever sold, and a guy who buys it wants to put wheel weights on it, he is now up the creek to make it right.
Besides that, Deere needs to know that their chosen wheel supplier is not making them right.

Deere has used the same pattern on 12" wheels with regard to valve stem vs wheel weight mounting bolt location since they started putting 12" wheels on garden tractors, which means mid 60s, from the first 110s. They wouldnt arbitrarily change it, and then use the exact same wheel weight that wouldnt fit properly.
