John Deere 950 with yanmar 3cyl.

Mine doubles as a weed sprayer at the moment. Tried torqueing it a bit with no luck. Pretty sure thing just needs replaced. It's approximately somewhere between 3/4" and 1" OD by eye. Haven't fished it out of it's groove yet to measure. Figured I'd try to find one before taking it out in case the majority on a forum tells me I was just not holding my mouth right, or doing something wrong. It's just resting there apart right now waiting.

My local parts guy is a very small business, mainly just lawn mower sells. He lacks the proper tech books to offer me a part number. I'm sure it's SAE material and most likely some JD-odd size. So I'm not just going to accept anything other than a certified o-ring for the specification. I don't think I can just take it to any parts store to buy the same. I've fought that battle with other hydraulic equipment in the past.

Any help would be MUCH much appreciated. I kinda like to do things one time although it rarely goes that way... :)

What is the S/N? There appears to be a S/N break -20000 and 20001-

I see references to a 9cc and 11cc pump.

Would you happen to have a photo of the pump / connection?

JGAYMAN, I will most definitely take a pic tonight and obtain that S/N number. I see the S/N should be located just above the PTO guard.

Pretty sure you're looking for a CH11562. There are serial # breaks but they use the same o-ring. Does #4 look right?
Deere doesn't show a spec on it but any Deere dealer can get it for less than $2

Thanks! I was hoping someone familiar with the 950 would jump in. You are correct, no specs given for that O-ring in JD Parts.

That's the one. And looks exactly like the picture. Guess I no longer need to download any pics now even though my very photogenic goat "Earl" had to make his appearance.

The S/N is like one of the first to roll out. Well, actually closer to the 3,000'th but far less than the break.

Thanks everybody! I ordered one online but to the tune of $6.50 shipped. Would cost that in gas to go to my dealer anyways not counting the time involved.

Nope. Same leak. Something tells me something is clogged somewhere. Going to pull the screen this weekend. Also, the angled fitting on the bottom of the pump (where my leak is) is kinda bent to which is causing it to go on at a slight angle as well so I'm going to try to take it loose and bend that out so that it goes on straight. The 4-bolts are having to pull it together. Would love to know a torque as well. Trying not to strip any and have to fork out for a new pump.

Welp, after trying to bend the line with some wood wedges and blocks so that it better aligned with the pump, the initial culprit showed it's eyes... And got a tad worse. The line is cracked just past the factory weld. And the only solution is to take it off and weld it back being that this is a $400+ part (item 8 in the pic above). And probably something I would take to someone who does this every day for I will end out blowing a hole in it for sure with my mig setup.
I found used for $175 with no guarantee. I'm betting I can have it welded back for less than that?
