You do have to be careful about pushing backwards with something on the 3 point, it's designed to pull loads, not push

We always plowed our driveway in reverse on the farm with a back blade. The blade was the weak point thank god. I don't know how many times we caught the corner of the blade and would stop the tractor. 65 hp 3rd gear in reverse is not slow

I did the same for many years - a cat 1 rear blade on a cat 2 tractor. Yeah - lots of bending…

But snow removal in reverse is different than a ground engaging implement. As was said if you have to have to take it very slowly and pay close attention to what the 3 point arms are doing.
