Lot going on for me. Here is the bucket list:
1. Find a lot at least 5 acres to build on. (Done in 2018.)
2. Start house build (June 1)
3. Retire (August 28)
4. Find a 1025R (August 20)
5. Work on list of chores for #4 (started today)

Looking forward to putting some hours on the tractor. House won't be done until October but I have plenty to do on the property including work on garden, timber, landscaping, etc.
