Looks good. I like it better than the one I got in 2005 when I bought my LT180.

I read some of the posts about calling customer service and seeing if your new tractor had been registered by the dealer and getting the owners hat process accelerated so that you got it sooner. All they would tell me was that, yes, the dealer had registered it for you. You will get a card in 4-5 weeks, fill it out, mail it in and then you will get a hat sometime after that.

Nice looking hat there. I didnt get one when I bought my tractor in July of last year. I emailed dealer and my salesman sent me a hat from there company. I did get the owner edition hat when I bought my Zero turn on 2008.

Owners cap

I called my dealer (Fort Wayne In.) I bought my 1026R from and made sure my warranty was sent in. I am worried if this task has been done. I was told if the warranty was registered, I would automatically be sent a cap. Is this how it goes down, or should I have requested it myself? I am somewhat dissapointed with the service I get from my dealer. Maybe I should have bought the 1026 from a local dealer. We'll see if and when I have a warranty issue. Just sayin

KHOP it wouldn't hurt to call and ask if it's registered. That way you can be sure of "no surprises" if you needed warranty work in the future.
They can tell you as you are talking on the phone. You could also say you didn't receive your hat.
