Hi, Just wanted to post a quick thanks for the forum. It’s been a great resource to search while learning about my new to me tractor project.
I recently sold my old 1976 kubota L2000dt and replaced it with a 2010 3005. The 3005 needs some attention. It came from a horse farm and the previous owner had bought it sight unseen and was a bit disappointed in its condition. For me though I love a project so a deal was made.
The main issue was the front wheel was broken off at the steering knuckle. I’ve been slowly sourcing parts on eBay and some thru Deere. Straightening out what I can and touching up the paint a bit. Also still need to get new lights and a grill. As well as a complete service.
It won’t be a restoration by any means but just want to get it more presentable and usable.
