I am due to leave Iraq this month and my wife is currently moving into our new home, and the mower is on order and due to be delivered. I get to come home to the wife I missed so much, a new house, and a new John Deere X300R mower, what more could I ask for! :good2:

Thank you for your service to our country, and the X300R is a great machine, I've had mine for a week and I am extremely pleased with it's performance.

Thanks for the well wishes.

Just 13 days to go before I fly home. It will be nice just to see grass again! My wife says no problem with that, it is growing like crazy. I look forward to using that new mower. Of course after I hug the wife and spend a little time with her! Then off to play with the new toy.

I do not advise to buy the 300R, for the following reasons:
1. he mouth too fast at the turbine. Compared with my 25 year old 12.5 hp, that I have assessed for 250 EUR, it takes no comparison. I have to mow two or three times more often than the former, otherwise blockages guaranteed.
If you go three weeks or more vacation, planning a gardener to mow in your absence, or rent a mower to your return, for the John Deere X300R you will be completely in the s..t.
At John Deere you said that your grass is too thick and too long. (with the X300R, never put fertilizer!)
2. For the lead, it takes you 20 minutes, en you need an elevator, because the turbine has everything packed into the drive. Good luck!
3. Whenever you turn right, even slightly, it remains a straight line between the mowed strip, not quite cross.
4. On a gently sloping terrain, the plate swings down. This gives a height difference of mowing 3 to 4 cm between the two sides.
In short, if you really want to buy a John Deere X300R, I offer mine to 4000 EUR. It is like new, has been verified by John Deere which guarantees me
everything runs smoothly.

I LOVE the X300R!!

I got my X300R as soon as I returned home and love the mower. I could not imagine a better mower for me and have had no complaints on cut quality or clogging. I have the deflector chute for the back so if it is too high it goes through up to 12" wet grass no problem. I have 1 1/2 acres with trees that drop alot of leaves, this thing is like a giant vacuum cleaner. My yard is level so I dont need additional traction. It is great to not have a chute hanging on the side to bump into everything. With the counter rotating blades and power assist it does a great job of getting the grass up, even after it has rained. Thanks for the offer, but sorry I will keep the X300R.
