I had a JD2720 but now a 3046r ,nice upgrade but I can’t get used to the position or height of the peddles even though they seem to depress easy enough. I’m thinking part of it is the seat bouncing up and down but it’s a lot more comfortable than the 2720 was but the peddle position is hard on my back.
I’m 5’7” 134 lbs.
Anyone else have a problem similar?:censored:

Do you have the seat down or forward enough? I know a dumb question but I do the same thing on mine. I like the seat higher and it gives me more room to get on and off. Even though I could simply tilt up the wheel and get more room which honestly I wouldn’t need to do because there is still plenty when I lower the seat. I just like sitting up higher.

This is just a window into what goes on inside my head.

the seat is adjustable for rider weight and will sit lower if you take the compression out. You might lose some comfort if its always bottomed out but should sit lower. I do with for my younger kids so they can reach the peddles. Also as for the feel, going from my 2320 to the 46r, i noticed the softness of the new pedals as they are electronically connected where the 2 series was a direct connect. Took a little getting used to the feel.
