Not my tractor, trailer or picture, it just came across my FB feed. I believe this is the definition of a properly secured tractor. The driver may need to work on his driving skills, but his trailer loading is on point!

I'd like to know the back story on this.

Trailer is trashed...looks like the rims were ripped off and safety chains vacated.

are there any other pics of this mess?

He seems to have stuck the landing. A 9.7 from the Russian judge!

Story was posted on FakeBook, but unlike the forums searching and finding it again is near impossible.

Short story was younger gent in a chevy pickup, trailer started wagging the truck and he lost control and it (the truck) rolled a few times. No serious injuries.

Yep, everything looks pretty trashed.

BUT, the tractor is still secured to the trailer. :good2:

Poop happens. This is what you want if it happens to you.

It is planting season. Maybe he thought he could harvest some SCUTs this fall.

The trailer looks too light GVWR for that tractor

Concerning safety chains, my 14K trailer came with 5/16" safety chains, which seem too light to me. I thought they would be 3/8"

Here is an example of the opposite kind of FAIL.

I'm pretty sure it wasn't the same guy that tied this one down! =O)

I stumbled across this while watching dashcam videos on youtube, no idea of it's origin.

Someone mentioned that they didn’t see any safety chains. I don’t see any tie down straps or chains nor binders. Maybe it really was FAKE BOOK
