PTO not Working on 2015 2032r

Last year I took it into my dealer.... they fixed it. This year... same thing... PTO won't start, although it did start for about 2 seconds when I pulled up on the yellow knob (reverse bypass momentary position)... but only once.
Yes... I've checked the lever for front/mid/rear and have moved it to all positions. When PTO knob is engaged (pulled up) the light on the dash comes on but no PTO. When I lift off the seat the tractor dies when PTO switch is out (tractor in nuetral).

Has anyone fixed this? Other than just taking it to the dealer? Is RIO delete possibly the answer?

When I search for an answer I find a lot of info about bypassing or deleting the RIO... which is OK with me. What is the function of the RIO solenoid? Does it engage when reverse is sensed or is it always engaged and killed when reverse is pushed?

Thanks for any help you can offer.
