Don't know where you live(hint, hint, update your profile) but I would try tractor supply or your dealer.
Is that part of the shield? The plastic bearing it spins on?

What is the name on the shaft-most likely its from Italy.

Yep, it is indeed the plastic bearing. It is Italian made - Binacchi. I found a posting on another site with the info I need. Looks like Southern Farm Supply is the place to get them. About 12 bucks each.

Seems high for just a plastic bearing, AgriSupply sells them for less than 2 bucks. In fact they sell a complete inner/outer tube for around $20.

Here's a link, I haven't looked through it all though to see if they have a bearing like your's though.

Thanks, I haven't seen AgriSupply yet - nice link. That bearing is for the Eurocardan shaft which is on my 647 tiller, but unfortunately won't fit the Binacchi shaft on the chipper.
