Hey fellas, I figured I would post a few pictures of the new tires I had installed on my 3025e, the fronts 25-8.5x14 rears 15-19.5. I had them installed by Dawson Tire in Holly MI. The old set had 240 hours on them, and I received 500$ for my trade in set.

I pulled my buddy’s hunting blind up to the barn this morning, so far so good with the R14s, they have much better traction than the Galaxy Marathoner R4 I replaced. Hopefully we’ll get some snow soon.

Pretty sure they’re the Bias Ply, I think you have to get into the larger Ag sizes for a radial construction

Look for an R in the middle of the listed size on the side of the tire.

That’s about my luck too, I remember we had Dawson put some tires on a 4650 farm tractor and figured I’d check them out. We are in an area that has a lot of farms to the north and west of us. So when I was getting a quote the sales rep asked if I had tires I could trade in.

I got some pricing from a few different places in my area. The place I ordered the tires though was about 300 less than the other guys, about 1100 all in. $349 for the rears & $166 for the front each.

Yes, my old R4's were loaded with Rim Guard, I had them just transfer it over to the new ones.

Correct, I would have just stuck it out with the R4s but, the trade in made this deal work with the misses.

I was dealing on R14 for my 3033R last week at the Albion Tire city and they have not got back to me. Titan sent me a email to contact my JD dealer to see if they will be the right ratio.Have a family member who draws a JD pay check and he said I would have to do a 4 tire change.

What size tires do you have on your 3033R?

I believe 43x16-20 and 27x8.50-15

These tires look allot more rounded than most tractor tires. Like the contact patch is only the center. Is it because of the bias ply?

I'm thinking that it is more likely the inflation pressure.

I try to set my tire pressure to get a full tread patch on the ground.
