I removed my home built snow cab to do some dirt work. I wasn't sure how it would do when I trailered my 1026, and driving down the highway at speed limit. I did back the machine onto the trailer as mentioned in the manual, due to having the hood shimmy open in the wind.
Here are some pictures of the re-installation. I raised it over the tractor with an electric winch, then carefully lowered it back into place. I am very pleased at how easy it is to remove and re-install the cab.
Thanks for lookin
KHOP
PS I put a moving quilt over the hood to protect from any more scratches.

What cab?.........All I see is a nice big building. KHOP, if I were you I'd forget about a cab and do all my work inside the building. I am sure you have plenty of room to drive around.
Oh wait, I do see the cab goin on, Nice. Got lost for a minute there.:mocking:
