I am trying to remove the black cover to move the electrical line for the light. I see 2 cup holder bolts and they are out now. Has anybody removed this before? This cover will not budge.

What's this called & how do I remove it?
Two questions: First - what is the black plastic cup holder, 12V cigarette outlet, & PTO engagement switch "bezel" called? Circled in red below. Second - how do I remove it? The reason I bring it up is, I am adding rear work lights and I want to run the switch through there.

As part of a lighting project I completed a few years ago, I removed this console to install 2 switches in it. You do have to remove the tire to get access to the handle bolts that HankP mentions in post #3.

What a journey to just add this adapter to the LED light. I was able to get it all undone without taking the tire off.
