I have a 2032R w/ FEL but no 3rd hydraulics up front. I also have a number of large areas where I'm digging out small medium trees, old bushes, and lots of green briar. I intend to get it clear enough I can mow it for a few years to hopefully kill off all the roots of the briar, bushes etc. So, I'm wondering for those of you that have a BrushCrusher or other Root Rake what your opinions are. Does a BrushCrusher make a good root rake or should I be looking at dedicated root rakes. It's primary job would be a root rake but the ability to clamp and pick up brush piles and/or tree sections is appealing too as I have lots of those.

Thanks!
Jerry

Jfrady2,

This is where people spend money that gives nothing back in return. Buy the JD or other 3rd SCV along with a real grapple. You'll own it forever and never question the purchase while it pays for itself over and over again.
