SAE Hydraulic Connector Standards
Seems like I am continually looking up details for hydraulic connectors. So..... I compiled this information for my personal use. I thought others may also be interested in this information.
The attached Word file contains the SAE standards for NPT, JIC 37, SAE 45, O-Ring Boss,O-Ring Face Seal and Flare Less type fittings. John Deere uses these types of connectors and a few more less common ones.

I originally suggested to Kenny to put it in the Technical Forum. He suggested the Hydraulic Forum which made a lot of sense. I agree that it should be in both forums since there are many questions about the topic. I use this information to cross-reference JD parts to less expensive substitutes.
