Do they ever answer their emails or voicemails from frustrated customers when they screw up 2 out of 2 orders!
Ill be shopping elsewhere....just left my last voicemail im going to bother with

I did 2 orders, problems with both
I left 3 emails, none of them answered, and because of it I got my orders late, they forgot to cancel the second one, still delivered it and charged it
I left 2 voicemails
I have a broken part from a brand new order!
No accountability!
If you dont use email, then dont friggin list it as a way of contact

I've dealt with sellers like this on similar.
If you paid with your CC, call your bank and tell them about the situation.
They'll get to the bottom of their non-responsive problem.

Same here. Stopping the credit card transaction will usually get their attention. And if that doesn't get their attention (like in my situation) then the transaction just gets cancelled, the vendor doesn't get your money and you go ahead and order somewhere else.
