IMHO, $2000 is asking a little bit much, but they are probably expecting to be haggled down a bit. On the plus side, if you are looking for a good candidate for a restoration, this is probably a really good one. The tin looks pretty straight and the cultivators appear to be intact. A good, complete mounted implement can sometimes be worth as much as the rest of the machine. It is also nice to get your feet wet restoring a nice little tractor rather than something like a giant 830 diesel. If you can fix your own lawn mower, you can handle this one.

As a heads up, there either is or was a pretty large oil leak somewhere on the front of the motor. That's why the front axle looks damp.

Maybe a bit high. Just paid 1800 for a Farmall cub with cultivators and a sickle bar mower.

Metal was pretty straight in it as well.
